Economic dimensioning of the universalization of basic secondary education

The present study aims at the economic dimensioning of the Universal Cycle universalization in educational centers of a scale that allows a more personalized link between young people and the center, and that work in no more than two shifts (indispensable requirement to meet the hourly load of the latest curricula implemented in the CB). Indirect economic impacts will also be estimated through a general equilibrium model.
